After a review the Engagement Manager should apply all defined actions. These changes need to be planned in terms of timelines, responsibilities, influence to the current services, impacts on the teams, and the defined security standards.

All changes should be documented in the Installation Report and the Asset Inventory must be updated when necessary. Additionally, it might be required to change the defined procedures to meet all altered circumstances.
